Overall everything went well.

Overall everything went well. The process of buying a vehicle is long, but they did a good job. I picked it up on my birthday and they made it wonderful.

Excellent experience. Tom and everyone we worked with within the dealership were very helpful and knowledgeable. The buying and evaluation process was easy. No pressure sales tactics, just honest, clear explanations and thorough details covering any question asked. No reservation to recommend this place.

Very pleased with my purchase and experience at Audi

Very pleased with my purchase and experience at Audi Nashville. A little back and forth on my trade in value, but it was worth it to get the perfect vehicle for me. Will be my first stop when looking for a vehicle in the future. Jose was awesome to work with.

Sales personnel were very attentive and helpful.

Sales personnel were very attentive and helpful. Worked to put an acceptable deal together. Everything was very positive except the wait to complete all the paperwork. This was a cash deal so the 1 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork took as long or longer than a finance deal. This needs to be improved. Otherwise very pleased with the dealership.
