Unethical.

Unethical. Collected deposit; then notified us there was some unknown damage they would need to repair; Then said their HQ in NC underpriced the car and they could get more. With the new found damage they refused to repair all of it so that I would not buy. It worked. I did not buy. Lame.

Outstanding Service

My car needs to be towed to the dealership due to a

My car needs to be towed to the dealership due to a faulty repair. I scheduled it a week prior but they cannot guarantee a loaner. The customer service is vague and had no sense of urgency as to “not my problem”. I will let your service person know and he will give you a call to see what can be done. When? Today? ( I called 9:00 am). Response : “when he is available”. That was it but : “Have a nice day”. I will add that the unit was serviced less that 20 days ago and had not been used at all! Way to go Audi

2024 Audi Q7

Great car buying experience! They treated us very well. Couldn?t ask for a better salesman than Diego! He had the car cleaned and ready with a big red bow on it when we came back to get it after eating, Little things like that mean a lot!
