I have been dealing with Matt.

I have been dealing with Matt. Interested in a Ford F-150. Our original talks said he would work to get the truck shipped to me. Dragged on for 2-3 days trying to get an answer. No one at the dealership cares to put in any effort to try to ship. Then proceeded to tell me I would be responsible for all aspects. They act like internet sales are a new thing to them when most dealers nationwide now do this. With online, it is easier now to find the vehicle you want with the exact features, which leads you to use sites such as AutoTempest to find them. This is how I found them all the way from Kansas. In my short working with them, I recommend all to find other places to work with. Should they choose to remedy this, I will come back and correct my review.

I only see one review posted here. 1 review posted per site i found your company on while shopping for the vehicle. Found on autotempest. Directed to cars.com. Looked up your company on Google. Then I'm process of leaving review dealer reset came up. If 2 were posted in the same location it was unintentional. As for your response on Google. The biggest concern and killed the deal was your companies lack of ability to coordinate an internet sale. This is unheard of. I was offered no support and told I could do it all on my own. I'm initial talk with Matt in regards to the sale price and shipping being included. "That's a great question, sir. If we can, we will try. Let us get this model out of our service department to figure out the total cost, and get a quote for shipping. "

I Reviewed the dealership as I would the sales rep. Tom Phillips is the best sales rep I have ever had or known because it is honesty his matter-of-fact approach, his alertness and quickness to every detail. So, of course, his knowledge has just amaze me and his laid-back atmosphere he brings to everything. I can call him with questions afterwards if I choose, it’s not a problem for him so for the dealership they have him working there that says a lot for the dealership. I hope they never lose him for they’ve lost a diamond in the rough. This is from Sandy and Bill, Brus, BRUCH I think I’ll be coming back there again if Tom is there. He’s not a greedy man thank the Lord.
