Great!

Everyone we met at the dealership was super friendly. Corey our salesperson, was great to work with. Not at all your typical salesperson. I would recommend Honda of Cleveland to anyone looking for a good experience buying a nice looking affordable vehicle.

all went as promised

recall on air bag inflater was on time as promised and the estimated time was very close to what i was told it would take.

Great Experience and Very Knowledgable

Would recommend Honda of Cleveland to all that what a great experience at the best prices around. Our salesman, Andre Dolberry, was the best. We bought a 2016 Honda Accord for our daughter and he went all out to make it an experience of a lifetime for her. She was not aware she was getting it and all of a sudden Andre drove the car into the show room to her total disbelief. She could not belief it. Thanks Andre and you will always be highly recommended by our family.

Air bag recall

Mark Duncan ordered n replaced air bag in my CRV. In and out quickly. I am always treated professionally and respectfully and appreciate them updating me on the progress and time required to address the issue. Mark and the service department go out of their way to be accommodating.

They always make me feel welcome.

I have tried all of the quickie lube place in the past but I keep coming back to Honda of Cleveland and that is where I am staying from now on. No other place makes me feel more welcome than Mark Duncan and the other guys in the service department at Honda of Cleveland. I purchased this car in Mississippi before I even moved to Tennessee and they treat me like I just rolled it off the lot yesterday. I believe that they are actually happy and sincere when they say they are thankful for my business. I get in and out just as fast as anywhere else and they have free snacks and drinks. 204,000 miles on my 2005 Honda Accord and it still runs flawless. I would do more than five stars but I couldn't. All of these guys are great to work with.

It All Started When.............

It all started when I made a phone call to Honda of Cleveland and Michelle answered the phone. I explained I had been "shopping" online but needed to know the answers to some questions I had. She was a crackerjack at answering everyone of my questions and even told me a lot of info about the cars I was interested in. And the thing is, she did it with enthusiasm, superb knowledge of the product and most of all cared that I was interested in buying a Honda product! Fast forward to Tuesday afternoon. I headed to Honda of Cleveland from Chattanooga! Blake met me at my car and asked what he could do to help me. I told him what I was interested in buying which included the outside/inside colors, make, etc. He showed me an Accord EXL, Champagne Frost in color with everything I wanted on it and more. The price was a bit out of my range so I looked at EX model but still kept coming back to the EXL. While Blake was showing me the cars he never once was "pushy" in his sales. He told me all about the car and showed all the features to me.......we talked about family while I was deciding what to do. He is a top notch family man which says a lot about him.....he cares about his customers and wants them to be satisfied and happy. He is so sincere! After much discussion with your finance people I finally settled on the EXL at a price I could afford. Everyone went home very late but happy! Me the happiest because I was driving a new Honda EXL! I returned on Wednesday to finalize the transactions. Blake went over all the features, set up my Bluetooth and I was on my way again. Michelle and Blake are true assets to your business. I wish both of them much success in the future!

"First Class Experience"

I've been dealing with Mark for the past (2) years and every time I go in to have my pilot serviced Mark is always there to great me at the door. He goes out of his way to make his customers happy and satisfied with there service. I would recommend all to this dealership for service and ask for Mark Duncan!!!!!!!!!!
