HONDA CLEVELAND EXCELLENT!!!!!

Greg, Roger and Marvin are EXCELLENT service department employees - keep them at all cost! Courteous, thorough, smiling all the time. Can't get any better than these three gentlemen! Robert Lawson is an EXCELLENT salesman that sold us our new-to-us used Ridgedale. Will always go back to Robert! Brandon, Financial Manager, EXCELLENT as well. Financed our new-to-us used Honda Ridgedale with a great interest rate. Honda Cleveland is the best of the best car dealers, hands down. Will continue to have our Hondas maintenanced at Honda Cleveland and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Car buy and car maintaining is even enjoyable at Honda Cleveland!

Great service

I have had great service in my vehicle. Mr. Lee is exceptional great employee. He always has smile on face, friendly, and listens to customer. He is the best is service area.

Courteous and helpful

I needed a key as I had bought a used Accord without one key. My oil change and checkout plus making of a key was finished well within an hour's time.

Mark my service manager was actually sick but stayed and made sure I was taken care of and that is rare in today's society .

Excellent service

I bought a 2008 Honda Civic SI brand new back in 2008. Since then I have always brought my car in for whatever work needed done. Mark has always been my go to guy whenever I bring the car in. Just recently, my car had over heating issues which caused the car to need a new engine. Mark Duncan went above and beyond what he had to do in order to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this dealer to anyone simply based off the excellent care given in the service department. Mark has always been a very easy going and great guy to work with. 5 stars.

Awesome place!

These people are the best. I have been to the lot of places for my oil change, but these are by far the best. The staff is super friendly and works with you as well as make sure you get all the information you need on your car. They answer any questions you have even if you feel they are stupid. I highly recommend them!!!

Check Engine Light

my daughter came in from college and her check engine light came on in her 2007 Honda Accord. Mark and his crew took a look at it and reset the light and determined it was an intermittent alarm that was caused by a loose gas cap or some other temporary issue. Did not charge us and told us to keep an eye on it and let them know if we had any other issues. Found them to be very helpful and honest about the issue which is rare in this day and time. Thanks guys. Jimmy
