I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an issue with a car-related inquiry. Despite not authorizing any application process, I was surprised to find that one had been initiated. The company involved is refusing to take responsibility for their actions and instead is shifting the blame. I have evidence that clearly indicates the application originated from them, and I have already lodged a formal complaint. When I spoke with a representative, I was not provided with her email address, and she declined to send a confirmation test email. After sharing my experience on Google, she requested that I remove the review, which I will not do as it accurately reflects the facts. I believe the company should own up to their mistake. They have the capability to investigate this matter further by reviewing phone records. Unfortunately, I no longer trust them.

Let me tell you about Economy Honda. Josh and Dustin made this the easiest and most stress free experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I came in with negative equity and even though they couldn't fix it all for me, they did an amazing job taking away some of my financial burden and worry. They provided me with great warranty coverage, gap insurance and a service contract and still kept me where I knew I had to be with my payment.
