This is the best Chevy dealer in town and I would know I’ve tried them all. Ive brought my Trax and both of my GMCs here for service. Christin and Skyler are both amazing. So easy to work with and they get stuff done. I’ve been to the GMC down the road (A nightmare) and won’t ever go back after trying West Chevy. I’ve also been to Reader and that was a nightmare too. Do yourself a favor and service your car here. It’s the best dealer in Knoxville. They have my business going forward. P.S. I’ve also bought some cars here from Trent. They also have the best prices in Knoxville. This place is the GOAT

I was offered a loyalty reward for customer appreciation and a very good quote on a car purchased there 2 years ago. It was in good repair with a good service record. The deal was really good so I took it. The sales crew was polite, friendly, and informative. I will stay with this dealer so long as their attitude does not change. Thank you West Chevrolet.

Staff was friendly and I got helped fairly quickly. The only complaint was that I was told the oil change would take about an hour, but it took a little over an hour and a half.

Approximately a year ago I had called the parts dept. and was treated so well that I decided to try the service dept on my 2003 GMC Yukon. And once again--everyone did a great job. Skyler the service writer was very polite, professional and prompt. Doug Reynolds the Service mgr. even took the time to introduce himself and walk me thru their service program. Customer service is important and they really provide it.
