On Line Reservation

I made my reservation on line and inadvertently indicated drop off which gave me a 9:30 AM appointment. Upon arrival the staff member notified me of the issue and informed me there were two more ahead of me for the same appointment time. They did work me in and I was out within a reasonable time. I found a oil soot on the drivers seat that I removed with leather cleaner. More care on keeping upholstery clean. Lenore City Ford is under construction and make shift facilities are in place and adequate for the interim.

don't know what is supposed to go here

2015 Escape Titanium, AWD. This is my third purchase at this dealership, Jim Allen has always treated me very well (I feel as though he is my friend who really cares about me). The vehicle was delivered in good condition. Cecil Ball was a great salesman. He was polite, non-pressure, very helpful, patient, knew the product & features well, and is a great asset to the dealership> I would give him an A+ rating.

Great customer service rep at counter

Service took a littler longer than normal but car was great when done except the service guy spilled oil down the side of car and didn't clean it up. Glad I noticed it as soon as I got home.

Great buying experience
