Nice experience. Staff were very nice and professional. The waiting area was one of the best I?ve been in. I would take my vehicle back to this dealership in the future.

Other than the initial contact when we came in and he

Other than the initial contact when we came in and he found we didn?t buy our vehicle there (only because they didn?t have what we were looking for), our experience was great! We bought a pre-owned Highlander and found it had a recall that hasn?t been fixed. We took it to Toyota Knoxville and they set up the repair quickly. Work was done professionally and the facility was very comfortable while we waited. That day everyone was courteous. ??

Everyone was very courtious.

Everyone was very courtious. In no time at all they took my car in for service & then I had a rental. Someone explained all the features of the rental to me & even helped me adjust the seat. Terrific
