Landers Ford Service work

Had an issue with my truck stalling and not running well. brought it in and John took excellent care of me, not only getting that issue resolved, but also getting 100,000 mile maintenance done all in one day. Great JOB!! John was very helpful, kept me up to date. I was very happy with my service. Richard

Oil Change

Only problem I encountered was leaving a couple of messages to make an appointment and no one called back over 3 or 4 days...only way I got an appointment was someone answered the phone. Service was good. Guys at the counter were terrific

Oil change and tire rotation. Came in without appointment. Work performed though somewhat more lengthly time wise than I would have thought.

great expereince and best price anywhere

great experience all the way around I was looking for a new f150 saw a few online that I liked at several different dealerships requested info online on a sunday and much to my surprise got a response back from that night from their online consultant Brenda this shocked me as it sunday new years day ( no other dealer replied anywhere near as quick most did not reply until Tuesday ) Brenda gave me a great price on all the trucks I was interested without any hassle and set a time for me to come in and talk to a sales person about the truck once I arrived I was greeted by bill kinard he pulled both trucks I was interested in so I could test drive and examine he was very low pressure which I appreciated once I made my decision we started the paperwork and sent me over to kemp stone the finance guy he took his time and went over all my options as far as payments and extended warranties once I was done there I was once again greeted by bill who took me outside to my new truck which had just been fully cleaned and filled up overall was a great experience every step of the way and the best price anywhere in Memphis or northern ms on new f150 trucks

Great Customer Service

Karen and David were amazing to work with, they listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I would definitely recommend Karen and David and Landers Ford to all of family and friends!! Landers Ford now has a new customer for life!!
