I was in for an oil change and tire pressure check. Service was great. But I do wish the pick up process could be improved. I would like the cadhier to have the keys and cars ready for pickup be in a convenient place without waiting for it to be found and brought around.

Outstanding experience as always
I have never been treated with such courtesy and willingness to help out of any Car Dealership or Service Center than I have been with Lander's Ford. I have recommended you to all my church family and told them about the quality deals and the service department is outstanding. 2014 Ford Focus I bought through Lander's and the maintenance plans are superb Scott is always taking good care of us.

Service After The Sale
I think the price I pay for an oil change and tire rotation is very reasonable. I like being able to make an appointment on line. I showed up about a half hour early for my appointment - I was gone one hour later. I think an hour is a perfectly reasonable time to wait for that service. I also had a recall on the vehicle and the service guy told me they did the recall as well. My experiences with the Service department have all been very good.

First service
I needed someone to check out my defective rear seat and was told I would have to make another appointment for that. That is difficult for me since I work every day.

Sales Manager and Salesman were very helpful. The process was very simple. I found what I wanted, told them to give me the best price they can, and bought it. The warranty cost was a surprise to me but the coverage for a used car was impressive. Understanding the warranty made the cost seem reasonable. I had my wife and two kids with me during the entire process. The sales manager even helped watch the kids for a few minutes while we processed all the paperwork. Good people to deal with,
