Great service
I was at Landers Ford less than 60 minutes on 9/12/15 to get the "works" done on my 2007 Fusion. Great turn-around time and customer service was excellent.

I highly recommend your service department. Service was quick, complete, friendly & reasonably priced. Scott was very helpful & made me feel welcomed & appreciated like a customer should expect. It was the best experience I have ever had in a dealership service department.

First new car buying experience
After doing a lot of research we began to do test drives around different dealerships in town. We had some bad experiences at other dealerships from the spectrum of salesman standing outside our car door when we pulled up and pushy salesman following us around to being completely neglected, we decided to come out to Landers Collierville and give them a try to shop for our new 2016 Ford Escape. We always had to come later in the evening as my wife and I have irregular work schedules and very rarely have the same days off. We drove up and the salesman gave us some time to look and then came up to us and answered several of our questions. He was never pushy and was the nicest salesman we encountered during our shopping experience at all the dealerships in town. We test drove that night and decided to go home and sleep on our decision, as this was our first new car buying experience. We came back 2 days later after much debate and bought our new vehicle that night. The service and staff were outstanding, and both of us agreed the entire process went very smoothly and was a painless experience, as car buying should be. Will definitely be back for our next car purchase.

Ford F-150 new tires
I can't say enough about Scott Whitenton. He exceeded my expectations with his suggestions for new tires and then finding the time slot that met my schedule. This is my 2nd set of tires purchased through Scott and Landers and please know that I will be back.
