George Gully and his assistant Louanne are top notch. I visited another Chevy dealer before lucking upon Jim Keras. The other dealer, Serra Chevrolet, was just what I expected when I started the car buying process. Salesman who did not know the "Halo" product the Volt. Contrast that with George and Louann who were there with the facts I needed. The other dealer's restroom was overflowing with dirty paper towels with greasy handprints on the wall. At Jim Keras the facilities where nice and clean. What does this say about a car dealership? Well, I believe is shows a lack of pride and professionalism. Having owned Acura, Lexus, Volvo, Mercedes and currently Audi I expect a quality product and dealership. Jim Keras and George Gully delivered an amazing product, a professional atmosphere and overall positive experience. Run don't walk to Jim Keras and ask for George. This is the first GM product I have purchased from a Chevy dealership, and I highly recommend them.

Jim Keras Chevrolet is full of crooks and liars, especially that sales manager, Brad. Purchased a used 2010 Impala and has had nothing but issues. They also "pack" payments I was assured that everything would be taken care of, but I have yet to get my issues resolved
