I have bought 3 new cars from.

I have bought 3 new cars from.this dealer. I used Karen Wheeler as my salesperson each time. Each transaction went fast, she followed up after each made sure I was happy. I habe use the service dept which is also excellent. Bjut the min reason I use this dealer is Ms. Wheeler.

I have ought 3 cars from Byerly Ford. Everyone is nice and honest. But my salesperson Karen Wheeler is the BEST. She bends over backwards to make She She knows whT I want and makes sure I get exactly what I want. The transactions go fast, I won't use another salesman.

Recently went to byerly and vehicle was marked up over

Recently went to byerly and vehicle was marked up over retail price . When asked why was told beacuse our manager wants it that way . Would recommend staying away.

The service department is extremely helpful.

The service department is extremely helpful. I used to go to a different dealership & the service department was a nightmare to deal with. Car troubles can be frustrating but everyone I encountered genuinely cared about helping me out.

Recently bought a '18 Expedition Platinum and Dakota J.

Recently bought a '18 Expedition Platinum and Dakota J. was our sales person. I detest buying a car from a dealer/lot, but this was a great experience. Dakota did a great job providing info and navigating us through the process. Zero pushy sales person. Just what you would want. Hopefully we won't be buying anything for years, but it sure would be nice to have Dakota as our sales person. The whole process was great and would gladly buy from Byerly again.
