I recently purchased a 2017 Acura MDX-AWD with Advance Package from Neil Huffman Acura. They found a vehicle with my favorite colors and brought it in for me. This is the 2nd. MDX I purchased from them. As always they were very professional and beat other Acura dealers' s prices. They did a great job and the total transaction took less than two hours as they had everything very well organized. They had the vehicle ready and shinning when I arrived and spent time showing me al the new features of the 2017 MDX and how you program them. I can tell you that I have purchased many new cars in my 73 years and Neil Huffman Acura is one of the best companies I have dealt with.

Justin Yassman - the sales person who handled by account, was very professional and did a great job from start to the finish of the transaction, The entire Neil Huffman team did a good of making sure that everything was perfect. They spent a lot of time showing me the new features of the 2017 MDX and how to program and use them. I have purchased many cars over my 73 years and can say that Neil Huffman is one of the best companies I have worked with.

I tried to do a deal with a salesman named Justin to lease a 2016 Acura MDX and he as less than ethical in his approach to the numbers. I found another Acura dealership who put together a lease for this new vehicle in a higher trim level for over $125 per month cheaper than what Justin provided me for a basic trim level. All Justin had to say to me in an email was "The numbers are the numbers." If that is so, Neil Huffman Oxmoor Acura is ripping people off as a lease should be relatively the same no matter what dealership one goes to. Needless to say, I was very disappointed into this dealership and I drove an hour longer to do a deal for a 2016 Acura MDX with the Tehnology Package at another Acura Dealership.

Several weeks ago Lionel Jordan showed me the 2016 MDX and RDX. He referred me to Mike Stack last week, and Mike was most helpful. I will not hesitate to refer others to Oxmoor Acura and Mike. Also, Virginia Pai-Gilbert was very professional, pleasant and efficient with the lease paperwork.

I just purchased a 2014 RDX. Justin was very professional in his approach. Selected the vehicle. Performed a test drive. Had to make some decisions relative to trade or out right purchase. Because of my vehicle, decided on outright purchase. Contacted Justin by phone and we worked out was needed. Had my RDX by the end of the day. Very pleased.

I purchased a new 2016 Acura TLX at Neil Huffman Acura. The buying process was very simple and I was not pressured by the salesman. Victor made sure I was aware of all of the features offered on the car I wanted, he took the time to answer all of my questions and he showed me how to operate the settings on everything. I just purchased a new Acura RDX and I absolutely LOVE it!! Michael Stack is hands down the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. He is highly knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you like most salesman do (which I appreciate). I also had the pleasure of working with Nathan Langford in the finance department.
