Our salesman Arturo was great. He was very knowledgeable & helped us every step of the way. The finance guy was also great, even staying late with us to get us in our new car. Overall great experience! I won’t go anywhere else for my car buying!!!

No pressure buying experience.

2016 Chevy Malibu engine problem -
Well I bought a 2016 Malibu Chevrolet in around Dec 2016 I believe which is not even that old. I was told it was brand new and it turned out to be a loaner that they sold me as brand new and mind you I am paying the car note which is a lot. Anyone knows if you were to buy a brand new car and as soon as you drive off the lot, its no longer new according to the dealer. a couple of months ago while driving the car suddenly gave me an error message on the dashboard which reads "engine power reduced" and I almost got into an accident since the car suddenly reduced power on its own and I was unable to speed beyond 40 miles. The gas pedal just stopped working and engine light comes on. I had to pull over and turn off the car for it to work again. Then it happened again and again . Now I took the car to Bachman for service on the 11th and told them of the issue. They say they would look at it and it would take about 1 to 3 hrs as they were busy . Now 7 hours passed and they left me a voice mail at 5 pm that they couldn't get to it and they would fix it in the morning the next day. Now its after 10 AM and no one called me back and when I tried to get them they just told me to come pick the car as they would have to order a part and they don't know when it will come it..when it comes in for me to come back and drop the car. If a car is not driveable why the xxxx would I want and go pick a car to drive home that the engine stops on its own and cannot speed and for me to drive back again to them with the same condition. You can bet this issue will not die as I plan to take my grievance to GM or the Bachman family and look into this with the Attorney General to see if a lemon was sold to me and a car being advertised as new which was really a loaner..I now regret I ever walked into Bachman. I am praying that my wife's Sonic which she bought there does not start giving issues as well. And they better not charge me for whatever work they are doing cause I will be fuming .

Purchase of 2017 Corvette
I worked with Mike Davenport from start to finish. Mike is very knowledgeable of Corvette and has many videos on operation of it’s systems. He was great to work with and got me the lowest price possible. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about hunting down a new Corvette!

Great dealer and great salesman (Dan DaPonte)
After looking at 1 to 3 year old Silverdado, 2500HD crew cab's with a Duramax engine, in silver, I met Dan DaPonte at Bachman. Dan knew that I was very busy with work and my life, so he showed me what he had and gave me the best deal that he could. It was way better than buying used, or new from another dealer. It wasn't just the truck that caused me to buy from Dan, it was his knowledge and no pressure attitude to let me make the right decision. No regrets. After a week, I have 0 regrets in buying new and buying from Bachman Chevrolet. Dan hooked me up with a great guy in finance, Jarrod. Very happy customers!
We stopped by Bachman Chevrolet late October to look at the 2017 Corvette Grand Sport before we made an out of state purchase. We had recently sold a 66 Corvette Coupe that we wanted to replace with a new vette. That all changed after meeting Mike, not only was he able to explain the benefits of buying local he helped us order exactly what we wanted for a great price. We ended up with a 2018 Grand Sport with all our desired specs. Mike made the whole process enjoyable and easy. Now we just need warm weather to enjoy our new ride. Thanks Mike and Bachman Chevrolet.

Great Car Buying Experience
Dan DaPonte did an outstanding job. He probably caught a cold from all the running back and forth from the Chevy side to the VW side he had to pull off that day, but I got the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with and he explained a lot about the car even after the deal was sealed.

Very Rude
I contacted the dealership online and was trying to purchase a car. I had got everything approved on my end and when I called the salesman I was dealing with and tried to talk to him about the pricing he hung up the phone on me. He then proceeded to text me and tried to get me to let him finance the car instead of my bank. He sent me a picture of what the car was worth on NADA and when I ask why he priced it more than that he never replied to me. I'm very displeased with the service I had. I was more than likely just the salesman I dealt with, but still he is part of this company.
