Professionalism at its Best...Everyone here is top notch....

Purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu LT from another dealership and began having problems with water entering the trunk and rear passenger compartment at 16,000 miles. Because the original dealership is located in another county, I decided to use Bachman Chevrolet Service Department, Steve Brown and one of the techs were incredible, polite and patient and did everything in their power to repair my vehicle. After 14 visits, it was determined there was nothing else that can be done to stop the water from getting into the trunk and rear passenger area. I called GM to file a case and I was completely blown away from the service I received from a very nice representative named Kim (ext. 5921723). GM Customer Care communicated with me through the entire ordeal and when I announced that I did not want to own this vehicle any longer, she immediately escalated up to another department and they began the GM buyback process. I was asked by Leigh Hammond, GM Repurchase Coordinator, to pick any dealership that I wanted to purchase my new vehicle from and I made the right choice in picking Bachman Chevrolet. I contacted Mike Davenport and asked if he could be my sales representative and he agreed even though this sale would not net him anything, The following week I was contacted by Bill Mattingly, Sales Manager at Bachman and he asked me to locate a new vehicle that would make me satisfied and offered to locate what ever I had in mind. I found a car in Ohio and Bachman had the car here the next day. I can not write in words how happy and thankful I was in dealing with this stressful situation (banks, payoff, loans, etc) and everyone involved was extremely helpful by answering my calls, txt and emails when I had questions. I picked a 2018 Chevy Malibu and negotiated a great price with GM and within a few days I came in to sign paperwork and drove away in my new vehicle. Bachman Auto Group, Your staff was extremely polite and helpful and did a great job in making me a life long customer. 2106 ZO6 Corvette Out of State Purchase

I am a subscriber of the "Chevy Dude " Mike Davenport's YouTube channel. I was up in the middle of the night last Tuesday and luckily caught Mike's video on a fully optioned, blacked out 2016 ZO6 Corvette with just 669 miles that he just took in on trade. About middle morning that same day I texted Mike to see if the car was still available. We texted back and forth most of the day until we agreed on a deal, which included a trade for my 2015 370Z. I felt very comfortable making a sight unseen (other than a YouTube video) purchase for a substantial amount of money. All the paperwork and payments were completed within a few days. Since Delaware was getting hit with a Nor'easter I told Mike that the following week would be fine for the delivery. Thursday morning I called Mike and told him I didn't think I could wait till the following week for the car. He jumped right on it and the car was delivered at 9:15 PM Friday evening less that four days after the purchase. Mike's responsiveness to my emails phone calls was amazing, like I was the only customer he had. Even after the purchase he has answered all my questions quickly. I was so glad I contacted Mike and bought this amazing car. He made sure everything went smoothly. He also made a video of the departure from Bachman and subsequent delivery at my house. In that video he revealed that this sale in Delaware completed a sale by Mike in all the states. I couldn't have asked for a more honest, trustworthy and thorough salesman and dealership. Thanks for everything. I still can't believe I own this car.

Fast and efficient.

I live in Lexington and did not have any luck with three of the big dealerships here, so of course I go to the internet and I found a SUV I have been wanting and so I am so happy I drove to Louisville, Mike was great. I appreciated his honesty and there were no surprise additional charges or fees. Beautiful dealership and laid back atmosphere, but got me out the door quick. I will certainly check with Mike again when looking for my next purchase.

Very good

We went in for a certain car and it did not suit us. Mike Davenport was helping us. He made the experience fun. Usually it is a pressure in getting in a car. Mike work with us in finding a good car. Deb Marcum, work with us on the paper work. They both made us feel like we were friends not just a customer. Thanks you two, great experience. Have to say I have been to a lot of places for cars and this one was the bomb. Go get your car at Bachman, ask for Mike great personality.
