The best salesman

We met Mike a few years ago when we were shopping for a new Tahoe. After dealing with some salespeople that weren't quite up to par, we met Mike. The rest of our buying experience was pleasant and easy to say the least. A year later, my Dad was in town visiting and was thinking about a new car so we went to see Mike. We had another easy and pleasant buying experience. Most recently, we were looking to trade in an old Silverado for a new Colorado or Silverado. After some texting with Mike, we went to drive a few trucks. Mike was incredibly patient as we ruled out some trucks, and was able to customize the truck we chose to get the look we wanted. Mike knows his vehicles and if he doesn't know something, he will take the time to find out. Mike is very responsive to his customers, which is no small feat with the volume of.business he does. I have bought a lot of new vehicles and I have never worked with someone as good as Mike. He anticipates your questions and is already a step ahead. Mike's goal is to deliver top-notch customer service and he succeeds. Having now done three deals with him over the past few years, each experience better than the last, he is the only person I recommend if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Great Deal and Treated Well

We dealt with Mike Davenport. We were the last customers in right before they closed. Mike was quick to help us. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed me what they had available that fit our needs and wants. He was up front about price and any aspects we had questions about. Totally satisfied....again

Over the course of the past 12 years, my wife and I have purchased 9 vehicles. This is the second vehicle purchased from Bachman and specifically Mike Davenport. Out of the previous 9 buying experiences, only Mike has shown that he not only extremely knowledgeable about any vehicle on the lot, but he takes a genuine interest in learning about the customer as well. There was no pressure and he actually talked us out of looking at more expensive models the first time because it did not fit what we described we were looking for. This most recent purchase, there was no pressure to look at any other model. Once again, he let us make all of the decisions and was there to act as a guide to what we asked about. Once again, no pressure and he was genuine the entire time. I will only work with Mike in the future and absolutely recommend anyone looking to begin their search with Mike Davenport.

Very friendly up front and courteous

Ed Silver was very up front and helpful and knowledgeable. He was very responsive to my questions and fast and finding answers. I would recommend Ed to anyone needing to buy a car

Great experience, price!

Chevy Cruze Hatchback

My wife and I were looking for the new 2017 Chevy Hatchback and decided to call Mike Davenport at Bachman Chevrolet. I had purchased a vehicle from Mike in the past and always appreciated his low pressure approach to finding us the right vehicle. After looking at a number of different colors we picked the bright blue one in the show room. We have been very pleased so far with the vehicle and really like the way Mike went over the vehicle and all its new technology with us when we picked it up.
