Outrageous Customer Service

First it was 730pm an I was tired, but excited. Mike had been there all day, and he was upbeat, funny, and caring. He made sure all my questions and needs were met. I purchased my dream car and Mike made it happen! The dealership was impressive as well. Everyone was so friendly. Lastly, when I got in my corvette to leave there was this cute little bottle of Coca-Cola, (my favorite drink), in the cup holder by Chevy Dude. That's Mike's code name. I loved this. Thank you Mike and the Bachman Team.

Great experience with Bachman chevrolet

I purchased a used mustang from ed silver at the Bachman Chevrolet dealership and was amazed at how hassle free that it was! Ed silver was very professional and low pressure, and very helpful at getting the price that I was willing to pay! The car was fairly represented with no bs!! I highly recommend shopping here with ed silver!

NEW CAR OWNER

Patrick Jordan Was Super AWESOME!!! Came to look at a "as is" car. But was eligible to get BRAND NEW CAR that I didn't know I could get. I'm super happy! Driving off in a new whip today!!!

Sales Manager Peyton took good care of me.

After purchasing my first used chevrolet, I was dissapointed when I found out the timing chain had to be replaced after only 1 year of ownership. Although I did not purchase a Warranty, both Peyton from sales, and Wayne Montgomery from the service dept. worked with me to see that I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you to both of them, and I would definitely recommend Bachman.

Oil Change Done Expeditiously

I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time for my oil change. I was taken within 5 minutes of arrival. The car was finished when promised. The entire process took less than 1 hour!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is WOW! I would not bother to go to another Chevrolet dealer. Ever. Never. Mike Davenport is what a customer wants in a sales person. Not pushy at all. No BS like he says. If he can help you get the vehicle you want he will do that. If it can't be done he would be honest enough to tell it to you straight. We worked with Jerod Sims. He is in the finance dept. The 'money guy' if you will. A very helpful and pleasant man considering he deals with people and numbers too all day. He was very thorough in his paperwork and explanation of the nuts and bolts of the deal. What's not to like about a brand spanking new 2017 truck after having owned a 1999 Silverado for 18 years?!? The new white truck is so quiet I may have to find something to entertain myself while riding in it I could fall asleep. Yes that's right. I've not even driven it yet. But I just lurve my man Mr. White. I named him that after a character from the Reservoir Dogs movie. And what about that gas cap special? Guess you'll just have to come on in and buy a new set of wheels from Bachman to find out about that.
