love the cafe

i had an excellent experience at toyota on nicholasvile. the service to my car was prompt and efficient. the cafe for lunch was wonderful. i will return for sure.

I love Toyota on Nicholasville

Great experience buying my 2012 Camry at Toyota on Nicholasville. The sales team was very friendly and not too aggresive. I enjoy each service appointment and have had a wonderful experience with all of the staff.

Never left the starting gate

I have had my previous vehicle serviced at this dealership for several years and always been pleased with the service I received. I selected it as one of 4 dealers I wished to hear from over Labor Day weekend as I needed to buy a new vehicle. (My previous one was totaled 2 days before.) I never received a personal contact from a salesperson, only a blanket email that went out to all the dealer's customers (I presume) a couple of days before my accident. It as possible to view available models online and get a pop up price and there was an online chat feature. But a chat was not what I requested. I had asked for a best price for a vehicle with the specific features I identified, which I did get from the other 3 dealers. I did not buy from this dealer...went back to the dealer where I bought my previous car. It is not as close to my house and not as new and spiffy. But I will go there for my future service.

Everybody should be made to feel this good..../

I just drove home in a 2003 Toyota Celica at a more than fair price, and before day was done, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated my experience out there. From the salesperson to the finance officer, everyone made me feel like the only customer you had all day. Crystal Parson was a top-notch salesperson, and from start to finish there was courtesy, friendliness, no hard-sell--simply the most enjoyable car-buying experience I can ever recall. A wonderful touch was Crystal laminating the window sticker of my old trade-in--in case I might want to keep it. That is a class act! As a teacher, I deal with hundreds of parents every year, and I will not hesitate to mention the kind service I received at your dealership. This is what every customer should be entitled to, and so few receive. I can see why you have earned the awards you possess. Bought used Mustang

Bought a car for my son and everything went great. Used the cars.com mobile app to find the car and was very pleased.

Great place to buy a truck

I bought my Tacoma almost 2 years ago and I have never had a dealership take better care of me after the sale. Yogi Brown and the folks at Toyota on N'ville go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of right! These people know how to get repeat business...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING AND AFTER THE SALE!!!!

JUST PERFECT

Last week we drove 292 miles to look at a car we saw on Cars.com. I had called ahead and made sure it was still in stock and had them check my credit in advance. We were looking for a very specific car. When we got there, the car was ready to go for a test drive and we were greeted warmly by Steve Martin, our salesman. The car had been very fairly represented on cars.com listing. It was just as expected, maybe even a little better. The price was the same as was listed on cars.com and we got a fair deal on our trade in. It took most of the afternoon to to complete the paperwork, but it always does. I am thrilled with my car, and have a very high opinion of this dealership. It was well worth the trip.
