Walked in just to look around and ask some price ranges planning on coming back in 5-6 months for a purchase. David Burnide printed out a range of the models I had in mind and showed me around all the trucks they had in the lot that I liked. He never once pressured or asked me “what it would take to make a deal today” earlier than what I was planning when I walked in. After a few test drives and checking the trade in value of my trade in today and calculating the pay off value after 6 more months of payments I decided that it wasn’t that much different to wait. The help didn’t stop there. The only time I could make it back next week to drop off the second key and the title to my trade in was on his day off and that he would still come in that afternoon to meet me there to finish everything up and make sure I’m still happy with it. I would highly recommend David Burnside and the Frankfort Toyota team to any family and friends.

We received excellent service at Frankfort Toyota when we traded in our Hyundai for the Toyota Highlander. David our sales person was not pushy. For us that is a wonderful quality because we do not like dealing with pushy sales people. David answered all the questions we had in a very friendly down to earth manner. I would highly recommend him and Frankfort Toyota for anyone who is in the market for a new car.
