Car Buying is always stressful and a long process. After Months of research I finally knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Clay Guthrie at Frankfort Toyota was so easy and thorough with everything! He went through and showed us every feature on my new Rav4 and where everything was. He even showed me where to come in for Service and how the Service process works for when I do have to bring my new car in. Came in and had a good idea of what I wanted, test drove the car, everything was explained to my satisfaction, paperwork was easy and it was a very good experience.

Salesman listened to what we wanted and arranged to get what we wanted on their lot. Come to make the deal the financial advisor got us a cheaper interest rate than our bank was giving us. This group we worked with went above and beyond to make our buying experience the best ever.

The entire process was very long. The finance employee needs to work on his “customer skills”. In the future we will more than likely deal with a different dealership.
