Frankfort Toyota

I have not bought a car in over 12 years but the service I received this week was over the top. My sales rep was Greg Woods and he was just outstanding. I felt like I was the only one buying a car, no pressure (which I liked). Answered all my questions and I felt he was genuinely honest. I felt like I got a good deal. When I got back to work, he had already called and set up my insurance so I did not have to do that myself (loved that). I took my car back this morning to have the coating put on, Mr Woods was waiting for me. Very attentive. Just an excellent experience.

Skeet Tuttle went above and beyond. I told what I wanted,expected as a payment and she produced exactly what I wanted. I walked in to pick up vehicle and it was all in order. Took a matter of a few minutes and I was driving away. Skeet is tops! I will definitely go back to Skeet and Toyota of Frankfort!

Typically when I go car shopping, it's a two week process of going back and forth to dealerships checking their prices and inventory. I try and get the best deal possible telling dealerships what other ones are offering to hopefully lower their prices. When I went to Toyota on Frankfort, I test drove a similar Prius to what was in the show room and then expected to leave and go to the other Toyota dealers around town. When I told them I had to think about it and come back, they asked what it would take to make me stay and do the deal right then and there. I told them a price and they matched it right there! Will definitely go back!!

Sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tacoma is great truck! Beautiful paint and body fit. We would recommend this dealer to everyone looking for a quality Toyota product.

Mr. Bill went above and beyond to assist us! He worked extremely hard to locate the car that we wanted. He worked around our schedule and was always very pleasant! Mr. Bill definitely gained a customer for life!!!

Jimmy found the Tundra I was looking for. He presented the numbers and when I got back to see Bill Gaines, I was surprised that the monthly payments were lower, because he found better interest rates for me. Jimmy Williams is great.

In October last year, I had a good experience to visit Frankfort Toyota to buy a car, because they got the best friendly sale's rep. you will ever meet, her name is Sarah Mahmoud so today 7_31_16, when my friend asked me to find him a car, I took him to Frankfort Toyota, because I know, they have the best Rep. Sarah Mahmoud, she was generous with her time, very polite , very patient, she guided my friend through the dealer ship, she answered all his concerns, as I said Sarah Mahmoud is the best

I have shopped both the Frankfort area as well as the Lexington area and I haven't been treated as well as I have been at Frankfort Toyota by Greg Woods. I'm looking for something specific and hope he locates what I'm looking for first!

Sarah was our sales lady after we found what we were looking for online. She took great care of us and got us in and out within a couple hours.
