Have bought three vehicles (two new and one used) from Toyota of Bowling Green--and every time Kinney Landrum has been my "go to" salesman. He knows his business, and is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. He follows up after the deal to make sure you are completely satisfied with your vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Kinney if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle. And after you get your vehicle, Toyota of Bowling Green is dedicated to providing you first rate service in maintaining your vehicle. I have never had a bad experience when dealing with the service department. They go out of their way to meet your schedule. I'm sure all the service reps are highly qualified individuals, but I ALWAYS ask for Verlin Cossel. Verlin is super dedicated. He is very good when explaining what the mechanic has found, and always suggests a reasonable course of action. You can depend on Verlin to give you the "straight skinny."

My first time purchase experience at Toyota was great. The customer service was awesome and Jonathan Denton was my sales representative. He walked me through the process and made everything as simple as possible while also explaining in detail expectations of moving into a new-car purchase. A new car and the payments can be intimidating; however, Jon helped me through that and made me feel comfortable. Overall, the experience was great.

Bought 2 new Toyota's from Kinny in 3 years
Kinny Landrum is very knowledgeable, courteous, and fun to be around. I bring my vehicle from Greenbrier, TN to have it serviced at Toyota of Bowling Green. i bought a 2013 Toyota Avalon, 3 years ago and I just bought a new 2015 Toyota Highlander. I call Kinny personally to make all my service appointments and he always has a loaner vehicle available for me to drive. He even bought my lunch this last time. I always shop before I buy anything, but I consider the individuals I'm dealing with, are they and their associates the kind of people I'm comfortable with. Justin Taylor is the guy to go to! He was so helpful and you could really tell that he loves what he does and cares about his customers. He will find what best fits you and doesn't push you into a sale that you don't want. He was very kind and understanding of everything and gave his opinion on what he thought would be best. I ended up getting a 2015 Toyota Corolla and I ABSOLUTELY love it. He couldn't have helped me pick out a better car!! Before taking my new car home I had to sign all the paperwork and everything and Kinny Landrum was super helpful. He got me the best deals and was patient with everything. I would definitely recommend both of these people and the Toyota dealership here in Bowling Green. You guys are awesome and I am telling everyone about you! Thank you for all the help and patience that you gave me and I will definitely be back if I ever need a new car in the future.

Best car buying experience
My wife and I recently purchased a Rav4 from Toyota of Bowling Green and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I've had. Extraordinary people, excellent service!!
My 2001 Camry broke down 5+ hours from my home. I was initially concerned about having my car towed to a dealer for service, & was put at ease right away. While I was unprepared for the amount of the repair, I knew Mitch was being honest and fair. As my kids and I waited for the extensive repairs, I witnessed the same honesty with everyone that entered & left that waiting room. Everyone was kind, & compassionate. They even arranged for a ride to the mall so we could stretch our legs & get some lunch. It took every bit of 6 hours to fix my car. When Mitch came to tell me it was done, they surprised me with the most amazing act of generosity & kindness. It was truly life changing, & I'll never forget it. I can't say enough about Mitch and the rest of the service team, & when I am in the financial position to purchase a new, or better used vehicle, I will definitely make the 5+ hour trip to purchase it from Toyota of Bowling Green.
