My overall experience was excellent.......10 out of 10!! The sales reps. do not harass you when your browsing! Even when you walk in with a question, they don't shark you!! Josh Bingham and John Williams were great in my process.....extremely helpful! Brian Barrett in Finance is a funny dude!! It was great to sit with him wrapping up the sales process. I would buy from Tansky again definitely!!

I will be reaching out to the GM/Owner on this matter. Tanya Williams (Internet Manager) has to be the worst, unprofessional ambassador of a Car Dealership I have ever encountered. Her lack of customer service has been noted!! I have purchased 8 cars in my lifetime, and this has to be the worst buying experience I have ever been a part of.........period!! People are going to learn and be informed about this experience!! I do not want her to be a part of my vehicle delivery!! I am requesting Josh Bingham (Used Car Manager) to deliver. If it wasn't for Josh B. and Brian B.......I would have purchased elsewhere......TY
Great experience buying my first-ever car
I reached out to Tansky Sawmill Toyota, on 11/22/2022, saying I wanted the 2023 RAV4 LE. I was told there was one currently in the build phase and that I can expect delivery sometime either late December or early January. I put down my $500 deposit to reserve it and received a call on 12/06/2022 that the car had been delivered and was ready for pick up. Maulik Patel was my new car product specialist and he was a great help in making sure I understood all of my options clearly. He gave me a link to get pre-approved for financing so that I didn't have to wait when I went to pick up the car on 12/10/2022. It still took me about 6 hours at the dealership to actually drive away in my new car but that was due to all the paperwork having to be finalized and the pre-collision system malfunctioning the first time I tried to leave. However, it was an easy fix as I told Maulik and he had his diagnostic team have a look and fix it. At the end of the day, these things happen due to no one's fault and as long as we, as buyers, understand that, I think everyone will have a great experience! Just a note for future buyers - my State-Farm auto-insurance didn't show a dollar amount for comprehensive coverage so that took some time to get sorted as Tansky requires a dollar amount to be shown for comprehensive coverage. I don't know if it's a Tansky or TFS policy but just so others are aware. However, Maulik, again, was very helpful as he spoke to my insurance rep for me and even had my VIN updated since I had bought the insurance with the production VIN rather than the actual VIN. All in all, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend Tansky to anyone looking for a new car! Thank you, Maulik and team!

Great sales and service
Just bought my 8th Toyota (4th one from Tanskys). I have had them all serviced at Tanskys since 1974 in Clintonville and now at the Sawmill location. Always has been a professional and quality experience.

Good Customer Service - Promised fulfilled
I was looking to replace my old Toyota Van with a new one. I had called several Toyota dealers and inquired about the availability. Most of them told me it is not available for the next several months. However when I reached out to Tansky Toyota, I was told that they can add me to the list and call me as soon as something were to come. And I did hear back from them (Erin) shortly and was given a tentative date of availability. I paid a small deposit to hold my car and as promised, my car was there on the promised date. I am glad to have my new car before Christmas. I had a very positive experience from all the staff at the dealership. They were honest, helped me out sincerely with all my questions and provided the best customer service. Great job guys and Happy Holidays!

Awesome service!
As always, the service is amazing. They always take care of customers right away. The service manager is energetic and polite. They explain things well, the time period is acceptable. And they do a great job. I really highly recommend them!

Service was excellent from the time an pulled into the
Service was excellent from the time an pulled into the garage and was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. When I talked with Kirby my service advisor he was helpful. This was my first time at Tansky with my recently purchased 2019 Camry LE Hybrid. I was getting 40,000 mile standard maintenance done. Kirby was able to transfer the car's history to my account which was really helpful. He also answered my questions about the cost and supplied information on future maintenance that will be needed at 60,000 miles.

The experience was pleasant as possible when you have to get repairs or maintenance done. Chelsea was fabulous. She was very pleasant and informative from the moment I walked in the door. When a minor mistake was made she took care of it right away. She has great customer service skills that others could learn from. Thanks Chelsea.
