Tansky Sawmill Toyota

I have been in contact with pretty much every Columbus Toyota dealership trying to purchase a new car and by far Tansky has been the best! So many other dealers would say they were going to call me and then never did, or called much later than they said. I even had a dealership tell me they had a car and when I came in he acted like he wasn’t sure what car I was talking about, and then told me it must have sold that day. It was very frustrating! Tansky was honest and professional and made the buying process quick and easier than I expected. I know buying a car right now is challenging, and Tansky made it work!

In today's world where there is scarcely any customer service, Tansky;s on Sawmill Rd (Dublin) has it covered from one end to the other!! From the moment I drove up until I left, I experienced nothing but smiles, courtesy, and true customer care. The repair procedure was handled smoothly as I pulled into the garage area; each agent knew his role and it was executed perfectly. After waiting in a nearby store for the servicing, I returned but entered the wrong door... to the service area. Even the mechanic was very helpful and kindly walked with me almost the whole way to the customer waiting area. The manager was as polite and considerate as I have ever experienced. Please convey my gratitude and gratitude for a job well done. Kudos.

Everything’s was great car was clean and cared for. Gentlemen at the desk was great. Check out lady also very friendly. Also the kids live the chocolate bar you provide at check out.

Love the new checkout summary that tells you exactly what needed attention, the significance of why it needed attention and what kind of problems you might encounter if you didn’t take action now. Also, the lady who took care of me was wonderful, thorough and very kind.

As usual, we were impressed with the service department at Tansksy's! We were able to get in quicky and the low pressure on my Rav 4's tires was diagnosed and fixed by them.
