Shout out to Hailey Dunlap. I went in a couple months ago with a slow leak in a tire. Hailey assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable about tires and the workings of my Prius. She told me about the October tire sale, and I came back to purchase tires, again she was my service advisor. Again, very knowledgeable. She also helped me with the tire rebate. I will ask for her in my future car needs.

My service appointment was super easy. Tansky has an awesome service department. Everyone is friendly too.

In for Oil change and tire rotation. For some unknown reason to me, the front end no longer feels unstable/loose when driving. Alignment was checked and was okay.

Tanksy's Toyoto service was above and beyond. They replaced the right sideview mirror on my Avalon. Parts ordered and arrived early. When repairing they found that one more part was needed to replace an after-market part. Tanksy's provided me a free rental car while extra part was ordered, installed, and service completed. They did not have to do that as it was not their fault than an extra part needed to be installed. All was completed within 24 hours with service above and beyond!

The service department here seems to be going down hill. It used to be I'd come in for service and my wait time was much shorter than quoted. Now I come in for something that shoukd take 1 and a half hours and 4 and a half hours later I'm finally leaving. This includes the 20 minutes it takes for them to pull my car around after I've paid. If you're out of warranty, go somewhere else.

I have never have had such pleasant buying experience. They were great. They took their time explaining the car and setting up the info system.They were not pushy

We have been doing business with Tansky Sawmill since 1986 and have purchased. many cars from them over the years. We have our cars serviced by Tansky and their work has been excellent. You will find the employees to be helpful and courteous.
