Sales rep, Adam Bryant, was outstanding!

Sales rep, Adam Bryant, was outstanding! He helped us navigate a few glitches with our car in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Excellent rep! The problem came one week later, with the dealership itself. We were given two key fobs at the time of purchase, but a safety check determined that the car required some wiring repair in the steering column. That safety repair rendered one of those two key fobs unusable, and they would not update the unusable key, telling us that often times, used cars only come with one key. When I nicely pointed out, “But ours came with two key fobs,” they said it was our responsibility to purchase the new update, which was pricey. A wonderful dealership experience turned sour at that point.

my corvette was brought in for the transmission shutter

my corvette was brought in for the transmission shutter that i had asked Jim about for the last three years. now that the gm warranty was up you guys told me it needed a triple drain. and charged me 1000.00 dollars saying it was a maintenance issue. i might agree if you can show me where it says you have to flush 3 fills. maintenance is draining fluid and a filter change.at best that what i should have paid for not 700.00 labor for this service is unacceptable

Called ahead to try to m set an appointment and confirm the vehicle I was looking for was available, someone asked my name, just can think he didn’t like my accent and me being Latino, this guy answered from the sales department and told me on the phone “no, not test driving any vehicle tonight, Just get here, fill the credit application and once you get approved and has signed the paperwork, you’ll be able to drive the vehicle”, I explained him that I’m comparing his brand with another competitor since I’m not even know that much about their product, this dude not even offered us to test drive at least a used version of the vehicle, rude as xxxx and not even asked anything about me or why I wanted to test drive the car. I’m not a tire kicker kid, I’m 43 years old and was willing to drive 45 minutes after a long day at work to do business with dealership. Honestly, I can’t believe they have this kind of people handling their phone calls and treating possible customers like they did to me and my wife tonight. Thanks to him, we ended up at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet on West Broad Street in Columbus.

Customer feedback, service and buying

It was a comfortable and easy experience. The service department was efficient and did a great job taking off the maintenance of my vehicle. The new car buying experience was also pleasant also as far as pricing, trade in , and patience in letting us drive vehicles, showing us how to use features. No high pressure to buy or what vehicle to purchase.

I was ?stuck? on this particular article prior to our visit but your finance staff person was very patient as well and diligent in finding us a good deal before leaving Lash.
