I was in the market for a new Tacoma, and the experience at Toyota Direct was excellent from start to finish. Noell and Islam were prompt, professional, and very informative about the different options—never any pressure, just helpful guidance. Dee stepped in to assist with the financial discussion and was fair to both the dealership and me. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and I’m now a proud owner of a new Tacoma. The Service Representative was great.
The Service Representative was great. However, the day after I got home, the car would not start. I got a boost. The battery was dead. I thought this was included in the multi-point check with oil change. Secondly and most importantly I found a lug nut from my right front wheel lying in my driveway. There should be some quality control when tires are rotated. How could a lug nut be so loosely placed on the wheel without being tightened. This could be dangerous. I believe I will be going to Tansky or a local mechanic next time. That's too bad. I have had such great service from Toyota Direct.

Dealership is good.
Dealership is good. Everything’s looks clean and nice but waiting for it is too long. They say wait for one hour. It takes more than two hours.

Toyota Direct is a company that strives to create maximum customer service satisfaction. Why I bought my Prius hybrid at Toyota Direct is because the service department has great employees and the snack bar even has slushies, popcorn and hot buttered bagels.Everyone is happy waiting for their vehicle because it is almost like relaxing in your own living room while you wait on your car. People want to tag along when I get my oil changed because of the snack bar and showroom display.
