We had an excellent experience working with Stephanie

We had an excellent experience working with Stephanie Farley, Loyalty Center Specialist, at Lindsey Honda. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of our questions. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and felt comfortable with the process. She made the experience stress-free and truly delivered exceptional customer service. We would highly recommend asking for Stephanie if you’re looking for a seamless and positive experience at Lindsey Honda.

Tried to pull a fast one and add ceramiseal without even telling us about it-just tried to add it in the purchase price. Didn’t catch it until it was the last paper we signed. $2000 extra we didn’t want. Pissed is an understatement. Then the manager was talking down to me the entire time just saying, “ well do you want the car or not” and “you should’ve asked about that when you signed the paperwork” it was stated as a “we tax” or something like that-like I was supposed to know what that was. Shady people.

We drove about 45 minutes because the selection they had at Lindsay Honda was better than any local dealership. We left with a '22 Honda Pilot that was the perfect vehicle for our family. No pressure from Reggie, who was wonderful throughout the process, he ran numbers to see what we could afford and then helped us find what we were looking for. Jordan in finance was also great to work with. Can't recommend Lindsay Honda, Reggie and Jordan enough!

Their service department is horrible.

Their service department is horrible. I should have learned my lesson last time when we took it to them to service but I wanted to give them another chance since we buy our cars from there but I’m done buying anything from this dealership based on how their service department treats their customers.

I’ve given Lindsey Honda multiple chances, having

I’ve given Lindsey Honda multiple chances, having returned twice hoping to find the right vehicle from their inventory. Unfortunately, both experiences have left me deeply disappointed — not just with the dealership, but with Honda as a brand. In my interactions with Sales Manager Ernest Hyatt and his team, I felt they were more focused on pushing deals than truly helping customers make sound financial decisions. The pricing on vehicles appeared inflated compared to similar models elsewhere, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that customers were being guided into financially unwise purchases. Customer service was lacking both times I visited. What could have been a simple, straightforward process turned into an experience filled with pressure and a lack of transparency. After giving them the benefit of the doubt not once, but twice, I’ve made the decision to take my business elsewhere — and no longer feel comfortable shopping with Honda at all. I urge future buyers to do thorough research and approach this dealership with caution.

Con artist.

Con artist. Honda has been going downhill for years now. Use to come here back in 2015 and it was so much better. The sales people they have now are terrible. Literally came in with my mom just wanted some ideas maybe to even check how much I’ll get for a trade in. The sales person I had David was so pushy and practically forced cars on me, cars I didn’t want at that. He was just awful, I felt rushed, no idea what was going on he was all over the place made me test drive cars, again all I wanted was to look and get an idea. He didn’t care he was just trying to force me to buy a car. My mom got so pissed she just left, said don’t sign anything or don’t let him force you into a car you don’t want, which is what he was doing, literally forcing me into buying a car, wasted almost two hours of my time, and they had my keys hostage, talking about his boss has to appraise the car, we didn’t ask for any of that just look and give us an estimate. And get this I almost found a car that was a good price but David yet again said, “oh no you don’t want that, you should get this, my boss recommends it” guys it was $15,000 more. And he was trying to force me to test drive it. He was just the f**king worse, I left there mad asf and now it was so bad I’ve decided to keep my car. These Honda salesmen could care less what you want they just wanna sell sell sell. I was honestly sad and discouraged and definitely enraged. Wish I could give them zero stars. Avoid at all cost. They don’t care about you

Will not be back.

Will not be back. I took my 2019 Civic in for a scheduled oil change and other maintenance. Told them about road noise coming from the rear of the car. This is the 3rd time I have had this issue as it has been raised the last 2 times, I have had the car in for scheduled oil changes. Both times I was told the issue is a result of not rotating the tires, which I have had them do each time I have it in for an oil change. In both cases I have had to buy 2 new tires. With the last time being told that they will provide me with a 1 year warranty on the tires. I confirmed with the Service Agent this would apply to the cupping issue, otherwise it would not make sense for me to purchase the tires, as the likely hood of it happening again, in my opinion was very high. I was told yes. I even had him write it on the invoice. As a result, I went ahead and bought the tires. So, for the 3rd time I am once again told the noise is a result of the rear tires cupping. And as the past 2 times, I am told the issue is caused by not rotating the tires. Which again, they can see in my records that have been rotated the last 3 times I've had the car in for an oil change. So, again, to fix the issue, I would need to buy another pair of tires. The only offer/resolution I was given was that he would try and get me a discount on the new tires. So, at this point, the expectation is that I am going to have to continue to buy new tires every oil change. When I mentioned the warranty that I was given the last time, I was told that it was only a road hazard warranty, and it does not cover cupping. I told the Service Agent that, that was not what was explained to me, and why would I have bought the previous pair of tires if that was the case? That doesn't make any sense. He said he would get with his manager (who was gone for the day) to see if there would be anything he would do and get back to me. After a week, I called back and talked to the Service Manager. He said that he would follow up with the Service Agent and someone would call me back. The Service Agent called me back and told me they have called the tire manufacture to see if there was anything that they would do, and he would call me back as soon as they heard back from them. Another week goes by. I call the Service Manager again. He has the Service Agent call me. He tells me that the tire manufacture will not cover the tires for cupping. So, I said to the agent, "so the manufacture is not going to cover anything, Lindsay is not going to cover or honor what i was told, and there is nothing that you are going to do". He again reiterated that since it was a road warranty and that does not cover cupping, that no there would be nothing that they would do, and the only thing he offered was to try and give me some type of discount on new tires. I told the Service Agent I would not be back. So, after providing no resolution to fixing the issue, and I was the one that had to follow up with then on the issue 2 different times, after being told that they will get back to me, and then, not willing to honor their word or do anything about the situation, I will not be back. I will no longer take my car back, I will no longer take my wife's car, that we bought there in 2014, back, and I will no longer consider purchasing a CRV from Lindsay.
