My wheels showed signs of wheel rash when I purchased the 2019 ES 350. I was encouraged to buy wheel protection. I took their advice. I recently took my car in to have wheels repaired. I walked around the car with the serviceman and pointed out what needed to be done. Upon picking up my car only one wheel was partially done. All of the wheels were dirty, mother cleaned, not polished. The wheel rash and cuts remained. The serviceman did not explain what was done or not until I went back in and asked. I am highly disappointed. I am including photos of the wheels. My past overall experience with Classic Lexus has been positive. The purchase, car loans, and mechanics, sending photos of work being done have been very helpful and appreciated but what service that wasn't provided to my wheels have given me second thougjts. My car was sent to lexus collision for repair.

I was very pleased with the exceptional service I recently received from Classic Lexus. They simplified the whole buying experience which for me I thought would be a nightmare when I had to purchase a new car after my Toyota was totaled in a car accident due to someone else’s roadside negligence. I just purchased by first Lexus and they were excellent in keeping me aware when the car would arrive to their dealership and calling immediately when it came in knowing I was without a car . They brought the car to my home after purchase and did a thorough job explaining the car technology and all safety features . Salesmanship and service was excellent from Classic Lexus. I highly recommend them as they are a team of professionals without the high pressure that made the car experience stress free and an a lot easier for me.

I want to thank Classic Lexus, particularly Acacia Clarkson, for a wonderful experience at landing JUST the Lexus I was after. The GX 550 is a rare bird and it took time and patience, but Acacia had both and helped me get JUST the car I was after!

I just picked up my new car from CLASIC LEXUS in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. I must say that they were all above and beyond any dealership that I have ever worked with in my 83 years. They were polite and accommodating. I worked with the salesman the sales manager, the general manager and the tech specialist. I would recommend any one looking for a car should check out there dealership.
