Classic Toyota - Mentor

Terrible experience with Classic Toyota in Mentor. Dishonest sales people who tried a bait-and-switch routine after convincing me to drive 45 minutes to their dealership. I had an email commitment for a trade value, but when I showed up to the dealership, they attempted to offer me $3,500 less than the prior agreement. Dishonest and crooked dealing. I don’t recommend having any faith in correspondence with the online sales team.

Started the year with some work on my 2013 Toyota, with transmission flush and new tires all around. As usual, I love to deal with Classic Toyota, because everyone is so nice and helpful, and they gave me a car while mine was in. Then we replaced our 2001 Sienna with a 2020 and of course, we came back to Classic. Again, everything went very well and we got a used one because the salesman was in tune with my desire to save money a person who keeps my car for a long time. And finally, our 2013 was crashed into by a sweet little lady and totaled, so of course we went first to Classic. In the midst of of COVID19 limitations, they were very helpful and directed me to consider online shopping when they couldn't get exactly what I wanted. We will always be Classic customers!

We traded in a Chevy Trax for a new Toyota Tacoma SR. This is the first time we have leased a vehicle and we’re very happy with how everyone was willing to answer our questions. They made sure we were educated and received the lease terms that were appropriate for our driving needs. So far we love the Tacoma and when the lease is over we will go back to Matthew Stetka and team at Classic Toyota in Mentor to lease our next vehicle.

Rich Lothman worked with us via the phone and on line to turn in a car and lease another one. He even delivered the car and picked up the one being turned in. We were able remain under social distance due to his efforts.

I just leased a new Toyota Tacoma from Classic Toyota. I had a very easy experience with all of the paperwork that had to be done. My sales mans name is John Haak. He had every thing done before hand. He went over the vehicle with me so that I understood everything. I would recommend Classic Toyota to anybody looking to buy a Toyota. Ask for John Haak.
