Mike was very confident in his product and provided it in a manor of ease. Very knowledgeable about Toyota itself including the cars and all the numbers that went along with it. Very polite and good manors all around. As with Brianna, extremely nice , very polite and friendly. She needs a promotion.

Bought a brand new lease and less than 4 months in had tire blow on freeway. Called in for help since this is something that shouldn’t happen on a brand new vehicle and all I got was the run around of everything but help. Was supposed to purchase tire protection on top of my Toyota care to cover the crappy tire they put on brand new car? Would not recommend this dealer simply do not care about customer all about getting cars out the door.
