Ken was a great salesperson and wasn’t upset at me

Ken was a great salesperson and wasn’t upset at me negotiating before I came in. Very personable but 3 stars because I had to wait 1.5 hours to see a finance manager when I was paying cash and there was only one other person in the waiting room.

My salesperson Jeff, was extremely kind and listened to my dilemma. He workers with me to help me me be able to purchase a car. We had a great conversation on many other subjects along with. The purpose I was there. The financial people were also kind The staff was very professional and did not try to pressure me in having to purchase a car right then.
