Ken was a great salesperson and wasn’t upset at me
Ken was a great salesperson and wasn’t upset at me negotiating before I came in. Very personable but 3 stars because I had to wait 1.5 hours to see a finance manager when I was paying cash and there was only one other person in the waiting room.

The purpose I was there. The financial people were also kind The staff was very professional and did not try to pressure me in having to purchase a car right then. I thought everyone was professional, kind, and pleasant.. I have nothing negative to say about my experience.
