Purchased a used vehicle and was assured it was in good
Purchased a used vehicle and was assured it was in good working condition. Within less than 1 month of purchasing, my engine light came on. I took it in and they “took it to their mechanic” then proceeded to tell me they were going to clear the code and wanted me to drive it a few days and see if the light came back on. I told them how it was leaking coolant, the heat wasn’t working and a few other issues. They assured me it was safe to drive. They lied. Now less than 2 months of purchasing and I broke down on the freeway to find out I have a blown head gasket. I feel as though I’ve been scammed and the dealership isn’t even willing to help me. This has been an extremely upsetting experience. Never would I ever recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this facility. They should be ashamed of themselves!
