A great experience purchasing a new Mercedes remotely. Product specialist Lisa Albanese and Carolee Papouras in the internet department were very professional and helpful. Brett and Ty were great also. They sent me all the pictures and videos I could ask for answered any questions I had, checked any and all rebates I could get even coordinated shipping the vehicle to me as soon as possible. Maybe the smoothest remote vehicle purchase I have done yet.
