Fantastic

We have taken our vehicles to different GM Dealers throughout the metro area, but none have given us great service like Ray Laethem. Excellent Dealer.

Oil change

Talked to Matt Frame about my lease on top of my oil change. Very nice environment.

Complimentary new vehicle oil change

We made an appointment, and the oil and filter change, including a multi-point inspection, was performed within one hour. I passed part of the time drinking coffee and chatting with our salesman, Matt Frame.

I leased my GMC Terrain from Ray Laethem. Bob Hundwick and Lauren took great care I in getting me into the vehicle I was interested in. I was very pleased with the way Ray Laethem's facility and staff went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable.

Awsome service treated like a King.

Was in and out on under a hour. Fresh baked cookies and hot coffee with comfortable seating made my visit one to remember. Plus the added phones chargers and large tv made it hard to leave.

Great Sales and Service

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Ray Laethem in the past 6 years and have been very satisfied with their sales, service and body shop operation. They always care about the customer including their General Manager, Jim Castiglione. Personalized service is rare nowadays.

excellent care and treatment

I have been bringing my cars here for service for over ten years. I am always treated fairly and expeditiously. If there is a need for additional work, I am contacted and advised before any work is done. Michael has been my service agent for years and is always easy to work with. Keeps me updated as to when the vehicle will be ready. I like the way you are emailed about the upcoming appointment too.
