Shopping for a new vehicle can be exasperting. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from this dealer, formerly Strongsvile Dodge and now North Olmsted Crysler. Working with Jerry Schupp was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and offered alternative choices to fit within our budget. Jerry is professional, accomodating and never did we feel pressured. We chose the perfect vehicle for us and Dan Somervile, Finance Manager quickly put together our financing, spent the time reviewing the paperwork so we were actualy able to proudly drive our new car off the lot the same day. I cannot say enough about the service provided by Jerry and Dan - ultimate professionals!

My girlfriend and I went there looking for a Jeep. She wanted something that was safe, not bad on gas, and within our price range. We ended up getting the Jeep Patriot and it has been great. The staff was very helpful and we even took a test drive of 3 different vehicles with no problem at all before making our decision.

On Saturday June 22,2012 My Wife and went to the above mentioned dealer to look at two vehicles that we were interested in, Prior to our visit I contacted the dealership via E-mail to get an idea of what my present car was worth.A short time later Jerry Schupp contacted me by phone to set up a time to test drive the two vehicles . We are very pleased withe the service we received from Jerry. My wife and I had been searching for an unusual configuration of a Grand, and had tried several dealerships over the course of 2-3 months. Jerry was very pro-active, worked well and accurately via email, and kept us updated on progress without making us fell hounded. He located vehicles that had gone unnoticed by other dealerships. North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM was in Strongsville and moved to North Olmsted but what impressed me the most in the middle of a snow storm I was looking at a car on the lot late for a car dealer to be open as soon as I got there someone was out there trying to sale me a car not that this was a big thing but the differents is I have sat in cars in dealerships and no one helped me the customers service was great from the person that helped me find the car I wanted all the way to the guy that makes you sign your life away they all seemed like they cared about me.I have two cars from this car dealership and will never go anywhere else for a car . If I had a problem they fixed it and alot of time without any cost depending on the situation. They seem to care about me if you want good quailty service go here you cannot lose . Tried to take my Dodge Ram 4x4 truck in for repairs here. Called them five time, never talked to anyone in service and they don;t answer phone. Is this company in the service business?
