My very first new car

For this being my first new car . The experience was great the sale person was very nice and helpful. Everyone i came across with was respectful and greeted you with a smile. Thanks kia of Bedford. .

Awesome customer service

I recently bought a kia sportage from Kia of Bedford. This was my first time venturing away from Honda, and it was definitely the best decision I could have made! The gentleman who worked with my husband & I, Zach was extremely helpful and spent so much time with us, showing us different cars, test driving multiple different options, and helping us find the right car for the best price! He was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. The greatest part of all... my new car payment is almost the exact same as my old car payment, except the new car has so many new/better features! I was very stressed about having to find a car that day, but Zach made us super comfortable & was extremely personable. He even called the next week to see if I was happy with everything- which has never happened with any of the cars I've bought in the past.

Great experience

I came in for some information on a new KIA and these guys made it fun and easy! I even got a gift card just for test driving a new KIA. When I am ready to buy I will definitely be coming back to KIA of Bedford.

Excellent!

If anyone is looking for a dealership that promotes Sales Consultants who are courteous, professional, and puts the customer first, then try Kia of Bedford. From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. The stellar service and friendly environment was topped with Mr. Trevor L. Rainey (Sales Consultant), who made my experience such a smooth transition into the world of cars. Overall, I would recommend Kia of Bedford to those women who have heard the horror stories of going to the dealership alone. We tend to think that we are targets for deception, but at Kia of Bedford you will find a family of a diverse group of men and women who's goal is to satisfy the customer. Kudos to Mr. Rainey; you changed my life. Your Valued Customer Ms. G;-)

Nightmare expirince with service department

Nightmare experience with service department. Service advisor Greg has zero personality and will rip you off with every chance he got. Not a real service advisor, but shady sales person. On my 2016 Kia under factory warranty he was trying to paddle $2500 repair "not covered by warranty" made up story that car had rodent damage...and could not produce I single sign to prove. When asked to see manager he produced "parts manager" who did not gave his name but told me he is in charge at dealership.... Avoid dealing with that dealership.

Experience with Kia Bedford

Milo was one of the best sales man and would recommend him to anyone. The cars have been reliable (Optima and Sorento). Dealership has been professional.

My experience at Kia was great!

The greatest experience. My sales rep worked with me for 2 days. On the second day I purchased my dream vehicle and I just love this SUV! Kia reps are so friendly and patience, they really aim to please the customer! I felt so "special " Kia will make it happen for you!
