From the time I exited my car I was greeted and made

From the time I exited my car I was greeted and made welcome. I had made an appointment to test drive one of the Outbacks and Patrick had the car upfront and ready for me. I drove it and came back in and started the purchase process. This all went smoothly. Great group of people. Would recommend this dealership.

They gave me a nice SUV after the first visit, when they

They gave me a nice SUV after the first visit, when they Had to order parts.Fixed the problem, emergency brakes work good. Car went in before warranty expired, 2 visits later was repaired no charge!

Thank you Ryan Odell, and the Mazda Team at the Brunswick Auto Mart for taking care of the needs of my daughter-in-law and myself. We both turned in leased vehicles and purchased a new 2024 Mazda CX5 and a lovely 2021 Jeep Compass. This is my second Mazda in last 3+ years. I love my new polymerase grey CX5 with red leather interior! 🥰Additionally, I would like to thank the used car salesman and finance managers for Mazda and used sales. I believe the used car salesman name was Ahmad. He helped make the jeep purchase necessary for my daughter-in-law through me. She loved her Jeep and it looks great! We got very good rates; which were better than what was offered by my credit union to me the day before. I ended up going with Mazda financial (2024 SUV) and Capital one (2021 Jeep). You guys took good care of us! Thank you and looking forward to song more business with you in a few years.

while i like the dealer ship i am disappointed in toyota

while i like the dealer ship i am disappointed in toyota for the handling of a issue i had.... only 1 fob was supplied at the time i picked up my new car. I have been waiting for months to receive the second fob. i have been told it's out of the dealerships hands... i opened up a "complaint" with toyota's care center. They said they treat this like a recall.. I never had trouble when buying my honda like this, i fact was treated much better... something i will remember when making my next purchase
