Luke was great.

Luke was great. Very personable. Took very good care of me. The parking brake adjustment took an hour. Told me what was wrong. Great dealership.

They sold me a open part and it was bad.

They sold me a open part and it was bad. I don't understand why they will not refund me my money. I am a pregnant single mom who got screwed over 300 dollars on a faulty part. The part was opened and retaped and resold to me. They can kiss my butt

My salesman was Ramiz Abujaradeh. Very kind, caring & knowledgeable. I have never had a Subaru before but he actually made me fell some comfortable & I trusted him! And that I fell in love with the car considering that it had everything I wanted. And its always a plus when the price was right & I bought it! My salesman, Ramiz Abujaradeh, was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product I purchased, a Subaru Crosstrek Limited. All my interactions with him were very pleasant. He answered every question and followed up my purchase by inquiring about my experience and satisfaction. This is my first Subaru product and I am very pleased with the service I received.

First visit for service. Appointment was easily made over the phone. Arrived and checked-in. Very easy. Waiting area was almost full but I easily found a seat after getting a coffee. Car was ready before promised. Check-out/payment was quick. Everyone was professional yet friendly and helpful. Best service I ever had across many dealerships over the years.

Have leased my Subarus at Brunswick Auto mart for many years. Always top notch sales and service so I travel from the east side all the way to Brunswick even though there is a Subaru dealer 5 minutes from me in Bedford. Worth the gas. This time Eric Holley took care of us. He gave us expert knowledge, professionalism and patience. His TLC made the lease turn in and repurchase painless. Financing with Mr Hawkins was also pleasant and painless. Experience A+ from start to finish!
