I came for an oil change. That was done properly i believe. However there was some tape hanging from the front, under the hood. They didn't do a good job of retaping. Ultimately i went under there and did what i could. When it comes to oil changes, it's great service. When it comes to other service, it's doubtful if I will get it done at Brunswick

I went in took get tires for my daughters car.Found out I needed a new rim.So we didn't get the tires installed that day.The tech also found recall that was never taken care of and we are waiting the part.Stefanie at the service desk as usual was a huge help and so was the tech.
