Scheduled a routine Oil Change and Tire Rotation at

Scheduled a routine Oil Change and Tire Rotation at Varsity Lincoln in Novi MI. My Service Advisor, Brandon Sobiesiak was absolutely Friendly, Courteous and most of all truly Professional!! Took Excellent care of me as a long time Customer and an Owner of yet another Lincoln vehicle purchased from Varsity Lincoln. Made suggestions for future maintenance plans on my Vehicle. Very Helpful. Definitely pleased with experience from being greeted by staff, to Brandon's assistance to checking out with Tracey. Car was washed and brought up promptly by Excellent Porter staff. Very Please with experience!! Highly recommended Dealership!!

Varsity Lincoln service advisor was rude and

Varsity Lincoln service advisor was rude and disrespectful from onset of pulling in. 2020 Expedition purchased at Varsity Ford. She acted like she was doing us a favor by seeing us. Asked repeatedly if we had been at Varsity Lincoln prior. We have purchased all our vehicles at Varsity Ford and Varsity Lincoln, but she saw the Ford badging and immediately treated us as second class customers. A very poor first impression from a customer perspective. The correspondence after that was ok via text messages only. Would I return to this dealer for service ( No Way ). Varsity should treat all customers with respect and courtesy. Didn’t see that from the service dept. While waiting listened to another advisor complain about customers to other advisors. A pathetic way to treat customers spending 70k and upwards for a vehicle. The face of Lincoln and Ford was not presented during this visit. They have a sign that states # 1 for 25 years, not what we experienced. After the initial meeting , others in the dealership were professional and courteous. I will not go back and will be contacting Lincoln and Ford customer service.

Have been with this dealership thru 7 Cars. My sales person John Trahearn Is the best. He takes great care of me In that he makes sure I receive the best deal. If I need service they take care of it with being courteous and Helpful.

I purchased a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus, my sales specialist was Sam Jamoua and this was the 2nd purchase with Sam. Sam is the best, from start to finish he makes sure that you are completely satisfied. The entire team at Varsity Lincoln is top notch, from Jere Law the General Manager, Dan Rank the General Sales Manager, to Stephen Elzein the Business Manager, all of whom made sure our visit was more than satisfactory. I live in Saginaw Mi and will drive the 80+ miles to this dealership because my wife and I have never been treated better as customers. When service is due on the Nautilus we will driver to Novi to have them service the vehicle. Varsity Lincoln makes us feel like we are their only customer and our satisfaction is so important to them. Tom and Jodie Kerby

We recently had Varsity repair the damages to our Corsair

We recently had Varsity repair the damages to our Corsair that were the result of a fender bender. We couldn’t be more pleased. The price was right, they finished the work right on schedule and when we picked up the car it was like we were driving a brand new vehicle. They did a great job cleaning it up, inside and out.

This is my second purchase of a used vehicle from Varsity

This is my second purchase of a used vehicle from Varsity Lincoln, so after 12 years, it was time of me to purchase a new vehicle even though my first car could probably last a few more years. My salesperson was Conor and I came in and test drove the vehicle on a Thursday evening and was able to drive off the lot on Saturday. During the time the staff was very professional and courtesy and Jere the general manager was welcoming to my little person who tagged along. My overall experience was great from beginning to the end and I will be returning for all vehicle needs in the future and will be referring.
