Professional and fair! Jere, the general manager, went above and beyond. Delivered my car to my home and even brought us dinner! Then sent me Lincoln scents after the deal was closed. Would highly recommend buying a car here!

I am very happy with my experience. I walked in late on a Wednesday and had my new lease at a great price Friday. He was very honest and straightforward with me which I appreciated. He was also very nice and polite, and made sure to walk me through my new car in great timing.

This place is WONDERFUL - Highly recommended. I live in Ohio and went to 3 different local dealerships and I could not get one of them to take me serious. I would call and no one would call me back. So I called Varsity Lincoln as they had a vehicle I feel in love with on the website. I called on Friday 1/2/26 and talked to Larry Porter. he was great and very nice to work with. I put a deposit down on the car so no one else could get it. We got up early Saturday morning and went to Michigan to look and pick up my vehicle. I met the owner Jere Law and was shocked at the kindness he gave me regarding my car. Trading in my car there was hard for me as it was my last connection with my dad and I was crying. The owner hugged me and told me my dad is always with me and he is in my heart. He also thanked me for driving 3 1/2 hours to his dealership and told me if I need anything to please let him know. I have never met any owners of any dealerships for any of the cars I have purchased. Jere, Larry and Steven (The Finance person) are very caring and wonderful people. I purchased a car from Denise Baiardi at Varisity Lincoln in Novi, MI. and was more than satisfied with her knowledge and expertise. She worked with me during some family issues that I had to deal with and had everything ready when I arrived to pick up my car. On a scale of 1 to 10, she gets a 10!
