Had my car taken in for some service told me I needed a starter. New starter told me it was going to cost $975. The part cost about 50 bucks made a couple of calls. End up getting it done for $225 at a reputable automotive center. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of trying to charge so much money for so little work. I would never buy have my car serviced or do anything with these people. They're nothing but rip-offs and trying to take advantage of you

Horrible place!

Horrible place! Bought a car that they lied about and was subsequently in an accident and suffered air bag injuries ( broken sternum!) all because these greedy mf's lied. They also told me they would get me a better finance rate and they did not. They lied right to my face and didn't care about my safety or my expenses or the safety of my children. Horrible, horrible place.

Bad dealings with Donnell Ford

Purchased car, did not Dickerson, paid them the asking price. After driving off the lot I notice the gas gage was on empty. Cost me $60- to fill. Next day I could not lock the doors with fob because battery in fob was dead. Sales person Butch assured me that vehicle has great maintenance record and MPG, upon internet search it has one of the worst MPG in class and vehicle is plagued with electrical issues. Stopped and attempted to resolve issues with sales manager but found him to be baligaten and uncaring. Will attempt to resolve through Better Business Bureau or social media

WHEELS LITERALLY FALL OFF - HORRIBLE/ZERO RESPONSE

Wheel fell off newly purchased vehicle pulling out of garage. They refused to provide a tow or loaner vehicle. The ball joint snapped pulling out of a garage and the entire wheel broke off going 3 mph in the driveway.

Nick Visingardi is GREAT Everyone else not so much

UPDATE: I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD RATHER MARK IT UP 15-20 THOUSAND DOLLARS THAN DO THE RIGHT THING. THEY CAN SELL IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR 10K OVER AND NOT HAVE TO PAY COMMISSION TO A SALESPERSON. THEY OBVIOUSLY CARE MORE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE THAN THEIR EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS AND INTEGRITY. ALL HAIL THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR! First and foremost...Nick is awesome. That being said everything else about this dealership is garbage. I ordered my 2022 Bronco in October 2021. When I placed my order there was a promotion for $1000 off any pre-order which is what made me pull the trigger because everywhere else is marking up Broncos 10-20k. After 12 months of waiting and checking emails to see when Ford was going to finally build it the day came and I went to pick up my baby. Except now there was a $5000 surcharge for pre-order ordering and Eric told me that's because he can sell MY Bronco all day for 10-15k above sticker. Also he offered me about $4000 less for my trade than it is worth because trucks are so hard to sell with gas prices being so high. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUCK HE DID INFORM ME THAT HE HAS A WHOLE ROW OF TRUCKS THEY ARE LOSING $3,000 ON SO MAYBE GIVE HIM A CALL. Its odd to me that trucks are hard to sell because of gas prices but a Bronco that gets less MPGs than a truck is inflated $6,000 more than the price I ordered it at. HMMMMM? Long story long Donnell Ford does not honor its word and is not trustworthy as a Company. Again....Nick is awesome. If you would like to buy a truck that the dealership will lose $3000 on give him a call. There is a whole row of them sitting there. If you would like to Buy an Orange Black diamond Bronco the sticker price from Ford is $51,610.

Back door won’t shut, after a safety recall,

I scheduled a safety recall for door latching concerns, and while it was there I told them to change the oil and rotate the tires. Also I had a right rear door ajar switch that was bad. So they fixed the switch ,and did the safety recall. Upon picking up my 2026 Ford F-150, I noticed they didn’t change the sticker in my windshield or reset my oil life cycle. Then proceed to tell me they didn’t rotate my tires either, I had to drop it back off the following day. Then fast forward to ten days later my right rear door ajar light was coming back on and my doors won’t shut properly. So basically they won’t what they broke!!!!

Great Experience at Donnell Ford Boardman, Ohio

Nick Visingardi and Bonnie Flynn did an outstanding job, making the entire purchasing experience a pleasure. Nick had the new Ford Bronco Sport fully ready when we got there. He was very patient and knowledgeable and explained the entire vehicle features including setting up Ford Pass, the screen features, setting up the seats and steering. Bonnie had all of the paperwork fully ready for us, patiently and pleasantly explained all of the documents, including the Ohio Title and what we needed to do to switch to Pennsylvania Registration. She made the process easy and it was very quick. I can't say enough about how great these 2 professionals were. Thanks to both of you, Bonnie and Nick. Mike C

Con Artists

Bought a car off them a year and a 1/2 they never cleaned the car out I've put less than 10000 miles on it and the tires are worn out. The front brake pads went bad. Plus they lied to us about the price. I want one of the Flynns to call me back since they never call me back.

The best dealership in the area

I have bought 6 vehicles from Donnell Ford, and have had a great experience every time. My salesperson has not only immediately returned every call, but promptly replies to emails, answers the phone, and has repeatedly come in on his day off. It is nice to deal with the same salesperson year after year. Nick is the best!
