WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE AGAIN! THEY GIVE YOU A...

WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE AGAIN! THEY GIVE YOU A CONTACT PERSON, THEY NEVER RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS, TEXTS, WORTHLESS! TOOK CAR IN ON SUNDAY PM SO THEY COULD START RECALL WORK THAT WOULD TAKE A FEW HOURS TO COMPLETE. I DID NOT GET MY CAR BACK UNTILL 4;10PM ON TUESDAY. THEY LEFT ME STRANDED AT WORK WITH NO WAY HOME OR NO WAY BACK TUESDAY! NEVER RETURNED CALL UNTIL IT WAS DONE, THEN THERE WAS NO MECHANICS ANYWHERE WHEN I PICKED IT UP! DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID BUT NOW I HAVE LITTLE HEAT MY CONSOLE IS CRACKED AND THEY NEVER RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FOR THE RECALL. HAD TO HAVE IT DONE ELSE WHERE! RUN DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!

Bought a 2017 GMC

Great, Catrina Ellis was excellent. Made you feel like family and not just a customer , snacks was given, she answer your questions just a blessing to work with

The truck I purchased from them GMC Yukon 2017 Dinali...

The truck I purchased from them GMC Yukon 2017 Dinali and it’s supposed to have like no issue they sold the truck with big major issue and it’s cost almost 3500$ Don’t Trust them.

Very Good Sales Experience

We had a very good sales experience working with Alex Chapman. We test drove a few vehicles we had in mind and then he suggested an option we had not considered. We really liked it and ended up buying an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. It was late so we came in the next morning to finalize the deal. Alex came in on his day off to get help things finished up. His co-workers helped get us started and he finished up with us. It took longer than we expected to finalize but we are pleased with the vehicle so far. Thanks Alex and team!

Steve Richards went the extra mile to keep me posted on my truck while it was being built and called me the minute it arrived at the dealership. The paper work and everything went smoothly and I was in my new truck. Everything was great

We purchased a 2016 GMC Canyon from Steve Richards in October of 2016. Steve went the extra mile with my husband and myself. We were there after the dealership closed and Steve never rushed us to get out of there. Also, making the deal was hassle free. We traded in my vehicle and we received a fair deal.
