Everyone and everything was great 5 stars

5 stars to everyone involved in my purchase of 2019 Lexus ES .JR Hage and Rick Hubble were great, I drove from Indianapolis to Cincinnati because of JR Hage this is my 9 th Lexus from JR Hage

Love Lexus Product!

Purchasing a car is not something I enjoy, and since we keep our cars for a long time, not something we do often. Our Sales person, Rick Hubble, was not a high-pressure sales person and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the inventory. When it came to purchasing, honestly, you either want it or you don't ... there's no negotiating the car purchase price as it's already set by Performance. And if you don't want the car, someone else will. Recommend the dealership and definitely recommend Rick Hubble.

Great Experience

This was truly a no-pressure experience. Erin Cowan is easy-going and honest. I've dealt with salespeople who were haute and condescending, and Erin is neither. I was happy with the entire transaction. I would definitely buy here again.

Used Toyota Camry Purchase

I recently purchased a used 2018 Toyota Camry XSE at Performance Lexus. I love my car and I loved the experience. First, I must say it was one of the nicest car lots I have visited in the Cincinnati area (if you can't tell from the pictures) and I didn't immediately get bullied by any salesmen while I was looking around. Once I knew I wanted to test drive the Camry that I ended up purchasing, I went inside and Erin Cowan was assigned to me as my salesman (which is a much different experience than I have had at other dealerships). Erin was super friendly and immediately got along with my friend that helped me with my car search. She never pressured me and was so relaxed during the entire process. I expected her to try to sale other cars to me, but she never did. She could tell I really wanted the Camry and did everything to make sure I could afford it. She was so easy to work with! This was my fourth experience buying a car at a dealership and it was by far the easiest. I hope that I'll be driving my Camry for many years to come, but once I need a new one, I know where I will be going! If you visit this Performance Lexus and get to work with Erin, I know you will have a stress-free experience.

Loved my new Certified ES from Erin Cowan

She's a pleasure to work with, and made the whole process super easy. She is newer to Performance Lexus, but was so professional and was very detailed. Thank you Erin for a great experience!

Used Acura purchase

RIck was fantastic to work with. He followed up on my inquiry with pictures as soon as the became available. He had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive just as he said he would. Very professional and courteous. Great experience with Rick!!

Purchase of 2012 BMW 328i convertible

Rick Hubbard was our salesman, and did a great job. We arrived on a Friday evening about 10 minutes before closing. The car had just been taken in on trade and hadn't been detailed yet. However, Rick let us take it for a test drive, and when he knew we were interested, he arranged to have the car cleaned. We negotiated a fair price for the new car as well as a fair value for my trade-in. Both Rick and Jason Morgan stayed approximately 2 hours after closing to complete the deal. We later found out this was the night before Rick's son's wedding! They were both very professional and great to deal with. I think Rick is even going to throw in one of those sweet US Open golf shirts to make sure I'm absolutely 100% satisfied with the entire experience!
