I can’t say enough about how well the day went! A busy Saturday and I never felt like I was forgotten. Jeff Kaplan - amazing. He was in the middle of another sale when we arrived and remembered us from the night before. Even while working with two customers, he was attentive, calm and never rushed. He knew I had looked at a BMW and was torn between the two. Rather than “bad mouth the competition” he just talked me through it. He made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had - bar none, No games and no push; but, a lot of “what can I do to make it work?” But it didn’t end with him. Jason made the paperwork nightmare easy and efficient while calming my nerves. Geoff Bobst was a blast as he walked me through all of the features of the car. Patient, great sense of humor and easy to follow. What typically is a painful transaction turned into a lovely day with a lot of laughs and a fabulous new car. THANK YOU Jeff and Geoff!!! You both rock!

The employees at Performance Lexus were all wonderful! They were super friendly, personable, helpful, patient and were able to answer all of our questions. No pushy sales here! Rich and Rick went above and beyond and got us a great price on the perfect GX. I have to say that normally I dread going to car dealerships, but Performance Lexus has changed that for us and we will be life-long customers. I visited the dealership with my wife simply looking to compare the ES 350 with a Toyota Avalon and was assisted by Jeff Kaplan. We've historically purchased Toyota's and I was considering upgrading to the Lexus brand. After visiting the Toyota dealership, we saw a significant difference in the service and attention that Jeff and the Lexus team gave us. He was very interested in earning our business and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the benefits of the certified pre-owned program... the quality of the vehicle was naturally a plus as well. After meeting with Jeff and working through what we budgeted to invest in the vehicle, it was an easy decision to proceed with the ES. Great experience and I expect to be a patron of Performance Lexus as needs come up in the future.
