Was offered mobile service for oil change and tire rotation - tech was friendly (Bobby?) on time and everything looks great

This is the third car that I have purchased from McClusky. I love the customer service that I have received every time I have purchased a car.

Easy to schedule and arrival was very efficient. I appreciate the car wash and being informed by text concerning progress of the work on my car.

I called for appointment and was told to come right now. It worked out and oil change went as routine. To pass the time Kyle showed me an upgrade to my Camaro. Pretty but the proformance package was a little over the top for this grandma. Enjoyed the meeting

Bridgette was nice and helped out but on the other hand guy that we encountered told me that if my car needed to stay they could not get me a car right then. It had to be 2 to 3 days before they could get me a car and it needed to be in advance. He did not hesitate to answer quickly by the grace of God my car did not have to stay and they're supposed to be calling me in a week when the part comes in.

My car was checked in quickly; Savanah even called Larry to make certain what services my car would need. Larry is very meticulous with car services and called me twice to update me on what my car did and didn't require on this visit.

Ethan was the salesman that helped me throughout this whole process. He made me feel comfortable, considering my financial situation and totally came through for me. I highly recommend this dealership!
