    3 years ago I had a very poor experience at McCluskey. This time, we met Pat. He literally made our experience the best car sales experience my wife and I have ever had, ever! Pat only showed us only the vehicles that we were interested in, he let us test drive those vehicles. He was quick and didn't make us sit around waiting. He was engaged, he cares, never tried to sell us on something we weren't interested in. Unfortunately, we didn't buy a vehicle this time, however in a few months, we will only go see Pat.

    I took my car into the dealership for a diagnostic test I've been complaining about the car dragging and electric problems in the car since the second week of had the car. Upon getting my car back I was told that I needed a left tire rod would confuse me since when was just put on the car less than a month or two ago. I was concerned at the time that the work was not done properly because I began to hear knocking in stuff on the car now being told that it's defective part. With the left tire right out the right hub on the car now needs to be replaced the cost is $340 I have main factors warranty and extended warranty but none of this seems to cover the repairs. I've asked for a Carfax to get the background on this car I still have not received it yet I'm not very happy with the fact that I'm bringing his car in there and 30 minute drive from my house to have work before and that's not being performed properly I believe let this is the cause of the right hook being damaged I just hope we come to a peaceful solution that doesn't cost me a lot of money considering this car was overpriced in the first place.

    This vehicle was purchased over a year ago by the customer. It's to be expected that as vehicles age/miles are accumulated, that there will be repairs that are needed that will perhaps not be covered under a warranty that that the customer may have. Although we typically charge for our diagnostic services (just like any other dealership does), we did not charge Nikki for her recent diagnostic on her vehicle. Our Service Manager has also indicated that the part referenced by the customer is covered under warranty, and will be taken care of/addressed for the customer. Additionally, pricing of all of our inventory is driven by what the market dictates in our area, and as a customer shops for a vehicle, they alone makes the determination as to whether or not they wish to proceed forward with a purchase on a particular vehicle.

    So I bought a suv 2 years ago and was recently called about trading it in for something newer. I went in have updated info and test drive a new car when I got back they said the banks were closed and to call back Monday. I called and texted my sales person with no response and an other sales person stated he was be happy to assist me i was then asked how much of a down payment I had and what terms I wanted I advised of what I wanted and I was then asked for permission to be sent to some banks I agreed and then I got no return phone call or nothing after they dinged my credit. Not happy at all

    I have had my car for 2 years and was very pleased with McCluskey until today. I purchased a service and maintenance agreement that I was told by the salesman would cover maintenance for 75,000 miles. I learn today oil changes are not covered maintenance. Beware what the salesman tells you

    I took my ride in for an oil change and tire rotation and to my knowledge they always top off fluids and in the past they always did such a good job but I just checked my power steering fluid and it is empty. Plus now here is a good one I needed a head light bulb changed and they wanted to charge me 109 dollars to do it lol. So I said no on that and went and spent 7 dollars on the bulb to do it myself and it took 5 minutes to do. I have bought 3 brand new automobiles from this place and I'm beginning to feel like I'm not a wanted customer any longer. This is really sad cause that place you used to do such a good job but it's feeling like they don't really care anymore. I think I'm gonna move on to something else this summer when I buy another vehicle.

    went there to buy my first car. was immedietly offered to look at a car 4000 above my limit. I got driven to another lot to test drive the car i wanted to. All was fine. went into the office to "talk numbers". was pressured to go through another bank for my loan at least three times, since they make more for using a certain bank. guy just left and came in with the purchase sheet and started going down the sheet with the sticker price on it....I stopped him and told him i was not paying sticker price, it was a high sticker price to begin with and things were wrong with it. As soon as i said that the entire mood changed. it was no longer about pleasing the customer it was about fighting with me to pay as much as possible. salesman tried to lie to me saying speakers were magically fixed when they clearly were not. Long story short....i walked out and went to MIKE ALBERTS a couple days later and got the exact same car, 4k fewer miles and working speakers for a whopping $2600 less without any haggling. Dont buy your car from mcklusky.they just try and take advantage and get angry when you dont allow it.

    Good Day. I recently had my lifetime warranty service at the Reading Road Location & was VERY pleased with the excellent customer service skills of Mr. Turner. In addition, the cashier was respectful & there was also a very nice car salesman (I do not remember his name darn it!) whom I communicated with.
