the lady at the front desk was very friendly just cant figure out how they dont have record of wether the car was purchased there or not because everytime i make a visit they ask me if i purchased the car at spikes. the time they take working on the car in the service dept is great because the longest theyve kept my car there is about 2 hours so definitly im satisfied with that.
