I purchased a truck from Burton Ogden less than three weeks ago, and I am already experiencing problems with the Exhaust Emissions System. On the third day after buying the truck, I returned to the dealership to have a spare key programmed. While I was there, one of the employees mentioned that the truck had shown some codes when they programmed the key. At the time, my dashboard was not displaying any warnings, so I had no idea what she was referring to. Two days later, while driving cross-country, I noticed my remote start would not work. I checked the diagnostics through the MyChevy app, and it showed that the Exhaust Emissions System needs maintenance. This makes me question whether the dealership was already aware of the issue before selling me the truck. I have owned the vehicle for less than three weeks, and a problem like this should not be happening so soon after purchase. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership, you expect honesty and that the vehicle has been properly checked before being sold. I hope Burton Ogden will take responsibility for this issue and make it right.

I was a little upset at first when they didn't honor the price I was given during my initial online/phone contact, but we eventually reached an agreement. After that, everything was smooth, and the support in setting up my vehicle and answering my questions was phenomenal.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bert Ogden GMC in Edinburg. I worked with Jonathan Guzman who was knowledgeable about different vehicles and patient with all my questions. He made the entire process smooth, transparent and stress-free, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I never felt pressured into buying anything, and he was very upfront about all the pricing. I'm so happy with my new 2026 GMC Terrain and the entire experience. I will definitely recommend asking for Jonathan Guzman and coming to this dealership.
